KIDS' KORNER  
Hours:   8:30am - 1:00pm and 4:00pm - 8:00 pm M-F, 
8:30am - Noon Saturdays.

The purpose of the nursery is to make it convenient for our members to use the facilities at this club.  To guarantee space available in our nursery, reservations are strongly suggested.  Appointments can be made at the front desk.  Parents are to remain within the facility while their children are in the nursery.

SWIM TEAM

The SWAC Sharks Swim Team program is open to children ages 5 to 18 years.  Competitive techniques and stroke development are taught in accordance with U.S. swimming guidelines.  Participants can choose to attend scheduled swim meets through team membership in Inland Empire swimming.

PARENT and ME SWIM

A class for the beginning swimmer and parent.  Parent gives instruction in the water with the child while being guided by the instructor.  No swimming skills are necessary.  The goal of this class is to learn basic water safety skills and to have a fun water experience.

SUMMER ADVENTURE CAMP

The public and private sector has joined hands for this unique summer program to help the "latch key" kids (ages 10-12) of our community.   A week at Summer Adventure Camp cost $60 per child.  Camp runs during summer vacation, weekdays from 10am - 5pm.  Activities range from tennis, swimming, basketball, hiking, sailing, and field trips to Silverwood, Wild Waters and Spokane Indians baseball games.  All activities are included in the weekly camp fee.  See Monthly News for summer schedule.

SWAC's MESSAGE TO PARENTS!

Please instruct your children to respect the existing programs and schedules of other members.  It is not appropriate for kids to swim during prime lap or group exercise classes.  Sandpoint West is not a day care and kids should not be left at the club for longer than they can enjoy a productive activity session.
