1) Reception / Bookkeeping / Management - Entry check-in, program sign up, account questions, membership services and any other questions or comments...it all happens here.

2) Pro-shop and Juice bar - SWAC has a fully stocked pro-shop with everything you need to get going on your workout, as well as light snacks and drinks for the after workout reward.

3) Court lounge - a comfortable spot to rest after your workout. SWAC has four championship handball / racquetball courts two of which (C2 & C3) convert to regulation squash courts. Courts 1 & 4 can be set up to play walleyball and C4 has a basketball hoop.

4) The Court Yard - A 10,000 sq. ft outdoor recreation area featuring Sport Court, cushioned playing surface. Basketball, volleyball, short court tennis and inline skating are all played on this unique, multi-purpose court surface.

5) Group Exercise studio - SWAC has over 30 aerobics classes each week taught by ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified instructors. (See the current Group Exercise schedule of classes). Hyperlink to GE Schedule

6,7) Main locker rooms - Lockers are available to rent on a monthly basis (if you wish to leave some gear at the club) or daily use is provided at no charge (daily use items must be removed after each use). Check out the dry sauna and eucalyptus scented steam rooms.

8) Aquatics / Jacuzzi area - SWAC has a 25 meter pool that is maintained at 83 degrees (F). The pool, being only 5 feet at it's deepest point, is specially designed for lap swimming, water aerobics and water walking. We offer swim lessons for all ages, kid's swim team and masters swimming for adults. Notice the co-ed jacuzzi which is heated to a relaxing 102 - 103 (F) .

9) Pool Side Locker Rooms - These are smaller locker rooms, yet very inviting and comfortable. They were created for usage by non-members who come to the club to participate in swim lessons, water aerobics, family swim night, etc., so that we are able to keep our more spacious and private main locker rooms for our regular members. Regular members have the choice of which locker room to use. "Mini check" lockers are available between the pool side locker rooms to secure smaller valuables.

10) Kids Korner - The nursery is open during peak times to make your workout more convenient. See your informational brochure for rates and hours of operation.

11) Free Weight Area - Customize your workout with a combination of olympic free weights, benches and dumbbells. We strongly recommend scheduling a Results Update (a complimentary consultation with one of our personal trainers) prior to using the free weights.

12) MedX Circuit - Developed by Arthur Jones (inventor of Nautilus), MedX equipment is the most technologically advanced fitness, sports and medical/rehabilitation equipment available. Complimentary Custom Fit Orientations are available at convenient times throughout each week. A Custom Fit Orientation gives each client precise machine settings and proper positioning to help insure safe, efficient results.

13) Advance Physical Therapy - An independent, full service physical therapy clinic led by Julie Price, MPT and Jackie Gillis.   Members can access professional physical therapy services within the convenience of their own club.

14) Huckleberry Room - Multi purpose room for Group Cycling and Yoga classes, health education seminars or for members who just need extra space to stretch out.

15) Tanning Beds - Two tanning beds equipped with high powered Wolff Tanning Systems are available on a reservation basis.

16) Cardio Hall - A wide variety of cardiovascular equipment to help keep your heart rate up.

17) Trainers office - Sandpoint West's trainers Missi, Diana, Trever, Brandyn, Greg and Victoria are available by appointment (See information regarding Results Updates) for training tips, personal training, body composition analysis and other technical questions.
